Lord, in the morning thou shalt

hear

My voice as -cending high; To thee will I di

rect my prayer, To thee lift up mine eye.

Al-migh-ty Fath -er! Ι

am weak, But

thou wilt strengthen me, If, from my heart, I

humbly seek For help and light from thee.

There's not a tint that paints the rose, Or

decks the lily fair, Or streaks the humblest

flower that grows, But God has placed it there.

night, and shining day, Regard a little

child like me, And listen when

I pray

?
