Stimulated and flattered by fo many unequivocal teftimonies of approbation, the Proprietor was induced to extend his plan to a SECOND VOLUME; the favourable reception of which has scarcely been exceeded by that of the former. In complying with the wifhes of the Public, expreffed by a conftant demand for a NEW EDITION, neither labour nor expence has been spared to render it at once correct and complete.
