The Publisher of this Journal hopes that its patrons will pardon the suggestion, that it depends for support upon an aggregate of small receipts; and that, if the times are hard, they are much harder for those, who are obliged to meet quarterly payments to the amount of several thousands of dollars in a year, than for those who once in a year are called upon with a bill for five dollars. |
