The fubfcribers of rccl. to the lottery 1745, were allowed an annuity for one life at 9s. a ticket, which amounted to 22,500l. but is now reduced, by lives fallen in, to 17,444). 155. and the fubfcribers of wool. to the lottery 1746, were allowed an annuity for one life at 18s. a ticket, which amounted to 45,cool. but is now reduced, by lives fallen in, to 34,977). tos. and the fubfcribers of col. for 31. per cent, annuities, anno 1757, were allowed an annuity for one life of 11. 2s. 6d. which amounted to 33,750l. but is now reduced, by lives fallen in, to 31,9521. 55. and the fubfcribers of 10cl. for per cent, annuities, anno 1761, were allowed an annuity for 99 years of 11. 2s. 6d. amounting, with the charges of management, to the bank of England, to 130,000l. 10s 3d. and the contributors to 12,000,000l. for the fervice of the year 1762, were entitled to an annuity for 98 years of 1 per cent. per annum, which, with the charges of management to the bank of England, amount to the fum of 121,6871. 10s. which annuities for 99 years and 98 years were confolidated by the act 4 Geo. IH. all which annuities are an increase of the annual interest, but cannot be added to the public debt, as no money was advanced for the fame.

2. That for defraying the charge of this number for guards, garrifons, and other his Majefty's land forces in Great Britain, Guernsey, and Jerfey, for 1766, there be granted to his Majefty a fum not exceeding

To replace to ditto, the like fum iffued thereout, for paying annuities, after the rate of 41. per cent. for the year ending the 26th of September, 1765, which were granted, in refpect of certain navy, victualling, and tranfport bills, and ordnance debentures, delivered in, and cancelled, purfuant to the act 3 Geo. III. chap. 9.

7. To replace to ditto, the like fum iffued thereout, for paying the charges of management of the faid annuities, for two years and one half, due 29th September, 1765,

To replace to ditto, the like fum paid out of the fame to make good the deficiency, on the 10th of Cctober, 1765, of the feveral additional duties upon wines imported, and certain duties on all cyder and perry, which were made a fund, by act 3 Geo. III. chap. 12. for paying annuities, in refpect of 350,000l. borrowed for 1763,
