Who died August 15th, 1813,

If life was short, I've longer rest,

God called me hence, He thought it best; So mourn for me, dear Friends, no more, I am but gone awhile before.

In Memory of
Mrs. ANN RIDER,

of this Parish,

Who departed this Life October 16th, 1818,

Few joys in this vain world I've found,
But rest my hope above;

That we shall meet where sorrows cease,

And join in Heavenly love.

And with my Saviour live beyond the Skies.

Weep not, dear parents; where I rest no wintry days are known;

The Lord already had prepared for me a glorious

throne;

With angels now I dwell on high, tho' cold my clay lies here,

Far from the sound of every sigh, and sight of every

tear.

May God, whose everlasting bliss I am summon'd hence to share,

Provide for you a resting place, from every earthly

care.

Sacred to the Memory of

JOSEPH EDWARDS,

Born October 27th, 1817. Died January 16th, 1820.

No age so young that death will spare,

All ages they must die;

Therefore to die let all prepare,

To live eternally.
